ביום 5.12.05 נחתם חוזה כדורגל בין Racing Club De Lens (להלן: "Lens") לבין בית"ר ירושלים, ההסכם התייחס למעבר השחקן ג'רום לרואה ונושא את הכותרת : "Transfer Agreement". בהסכם נאמר: "Racing Club De Lens are the owner of the sports rights of the player Jerome LEROY[…] Beitar Jerusalem Football Club are intrested in buying the rights of the above player. Beitar Jerusalem Football Club and Racing Club De Lens have agreed on the […] transfer of the player and his sports rights from Racing Club De Lens to Beitar Jerusalem Football Club […]". הוסכם בין הקבוצות על תשלום תמורה בסך של 300,000 יורו בגין המעבר. ביום 01.08.2001 נחתם חוזה כדורגל בין ספרטק בולגריה לבין קבוצת בני סכנין בעניין השאלת השחקן מריאן דימיטרוב. הוסכם כי עבור השאלת השחקן תשולם תמורה בסך של 15,000 $ (נספח 8 לתצהיר המשיב). בחוזה כדורגל בין בני יהודה תל-אביב לבין HNK CIBALIA VINKOVCI הוסכם כלהלן: "2.
